一、简介
MB551T成布检验数据实时采集与处理系统，主要用于验布卷布机，对成品布的检验数据进行实时记录及处理，并进行保存和票签及报表的打印，便于提高企业的质量管理及远程监控，系统由上位机［计算机］、专用软件、带通讯口的下位机［长度采集及疵点输入�？椋�、打印机、扫描器及条码采集器组成。由若干台验布机组成一个局域网系统，实现从计划单输入→卷布生产→条形码票签打印→出入库管理→各种报表生成，从而达到提高企业生产效率，提高产品档次的目的。
二、主要功能
1.实时长度显示：米、码制可切换。测量范围0-99999.9米。
2.实时线速度显示：卷布速度显示范围0-999.9米/分
3.定长值及修正系数可灵活设置。
4.疵点计数：可分别记录整匹织物的各类疵点及疵点径向位置，最多可输入24类疵点。
5.疵点扣分：软件可分别设置各类疵点的扣分值，自动对织物进行等级判定。
6.可打印数据：a.不干胶条形码卷票签 b.不干胶条形码包票签 c.明细码单 d.出库、入库单 e.疵点检验报表 f.员工工作统计等等。
7.具有停电信息�；すδ�。
8.采用条码采集器或扫描器实现布卷的成批出、入库功能。
9.客户采用Web登陆，可随时查询订单生产进度。
10.管理者通过电脑随时查询若干台验卷机的生产情况。
MB551T-II— Real-time Collection and Processing System of Finished cloth inspection Data
1. Brief Introduction.
This system is mainly used for real-time recording and processing the inspection datas (Length, Detects and Deduct points) of finished cloth. It is most suitable for working together with Fabric inspection machine. The system consists of cloth inspection special software, length and detects collection terminal, ticket printer and barcode scanner. Multiple equipments can form one network to achieve Date uploading- integrated save and Ticket print-output of single unit. All kinds of reports and Ticket print-output formats can be revised by users.

Administrator can check the working status of every inspection machine by any computers on the network for remote monitoring in order to improve the production efficiency and product quality.

4.Using Barcode scanner for rolls entry and out warehouse by bulk
5.Customers can log in by Web and also can check Orders production schedule at any time.
